I was grateful to be part of a meaningful clergy gathering in September that included presentations by DOW‑R Nick Mielke, CFO and Director of HR, Amelia Jajowka; and me, Elizabeth Williams, Executive Director of the Catholic Foundation.
The video recordings of each speaker are hosted privately on YouTube with links available on the Diocese of Winona-Rochester's Priest Portal. However, the print materials that went with my presentation were not able to be linked in the YouTube comments.
Access my takeaway resources here to gain the full benefit of my training:
- Full slides - Long Term Stewardship (Be sure to grab this one - it includes much more information than in the video, due to recording issue)
- Parish Investment Strategy - Time Horizons - Slide Only

For many of us, the parish is our spiritual home—a place where faith is nurtured, families gather, individuals find comfort, and communities come together in service. Parishes form disciples, celebrate the sacraments, and foster belonging across generations. To sustain this mission, our communities need resources that support both today’s needs and tomorrow’s opportunities.
To help the Catholic Foundation has created an Endowment Toolkit designed for parishes and other Catholic organizations to create and grow their own endowment, cementing a future revenue stream and instilling confidence in today's donors.
Access the full toolkit online or request a hard copy by contacting us today.
