Charles I. Passe Endowment Scholarship

The Charles I. Passe Endowment Scholarship was established by Mr. Passe before he passed away, to assist post-secondary students from the parishes of St. Felix in Wabasha, St. Agnes in Kellogg, and Immaculate Conception in Kellogg with tuition costs to attend a trade/technical institution. In the span of a decade, the Passe Endowment has granted $418,900 to assist students in their pursuit of higher education. This lasting legacy continues to open doors of opportunity and strengthen the future of our parish communities.
