What is the Seeds of Faith Tuition Assistance Grant?

In the early 2000s, faithful members of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester recognized a need within the Catholic education community and responded by establishing the Seeds of Faith endowments. For more than two decades, Seeds of Faith has helped make a quality Catholic education more affordable for families.

The Seeds of Faith Tuition Assistance Grant supports families who desire a faith-based education for their K-12 children but need financial assistance. Just as a seed requires care and attention to grow, students thrive when they are given access to an environment that supports both learning and faith formation.

This grant reflects a commitment to investing in students today so they can grow into compassionate, knowledgeable, and faith-filled leaders tomorrow.

Why Tuition Assistance Matters

Faith-based education offers a distinctive approach that combines academic excellence with spiritual growth, service, and strong moral values. For many families, however, tuition costs can present a real challenge.

The Transition to FACTS

After thoughtful deliberation, we have transitioned to a secure online application process through FACTS. This is a secure online application system used by many Catholic schools locally and nationwide. There are no additional application fees. Families whose schools do not currently use FACTS will have their fee waived. Financial documentation is required. Please submit your application and supporting documents by May 29, 2026.

This new virtual application process is designed to be clear, confidential, and easy to complete.
