We are pleased to announce that the Catholic Foundation of Southern Minnesota will be hosting a Virtual Annual Meeting aimed at sharing with individuals and organizations the benefits of investing with the CFSM.

Topics such as investment strategies and offerings, benefits of investing long-term, importance of socially responsible investing and the layers of accountability that investing with CFSM provides.

Presenters

Michael Speltz

Board Chair of the CFSM

Mike serves as the Corporate Treasurer for the Sisters of St. Francis in Rochester. His background is a long-time banker spanning more than 40 years. He has served on the CFSM Board since 2020.

Monica Herman

Executive Director of the CFSM

Monica Herman is the Executive Director for the Catholic Foundation of Southern Minnesota and has 23 years of non-profit, fundraising and grant writing experience. Monica joined the CFSM in 2016 and prior to joining CFSM held fundraising duties for a Catholic Hospital, Catholic High School as well the Diocese of Winona-Rochester. Monica graduated from Viterbo University with a B.S. in Business Administration and also an M.A. in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Consortium of Catholic Foundations and is on the Board of Directors for the International Catholic Stewardship Council.

Bradford Stephan

VP-Consulting for Concord Advisory Group, CFA

Mr. Stephan is a Senior Consultant at The Concord Advisory Group, Ltd. and has 18 years’ experience in advising non-profit organizations on their investment programs. As a voting member of Concord’s Investment Strategy Group, Mr. Stephan is responsible for the development of Concord’s solutions for socially responsible investing and other non-profit clients, as well as contributing to the firm’s investment research and due diligence efforts. Mr. Stephan joined Concord in 2011. Prior to Concord, he held positions with Perella Weinberg Partners, PFM Advisors, and SEI Investments. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Business Administration and also earned an MBA in Finance from Villanova University. Mr. Stephan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Roxane Kadrlik Chlachula

Parish Administer, Holy Spirit Parish, Rochester

Roxane Kadrlik Chlachula is the Administrator and Pastoral Associate at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Rochester. She has served the Catholic Church in various ministries for the past 30 years.
